Contract Reproduction Clause Samples
The Contract Reproduction clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the copying, duplication, or distribution of the contract document. Typically, this clause specifies whether parties are allowed to make physical or digital copies of the agreement, under what circumstances such reproduction is permitted, and any restrictions on sharing the contract with third parties. Its core function is to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the contract by controlling how and by whom the contract may be reproduced, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized disclosure or misuse.

Contract Reproduction. The ratified agreement shall be posted electronically and an electronic copy will be sent to the Association President.
Contract Reproduction. The Board shall within (30) days following ratification and adoption of the Agreement, post a copy of the Negotiated Agreement to a public folder on the district’s website. The Board will also provide the Association with an electronic copy of the Agreement.
Contract Reproduction. Copies of this Agreement will be printed and distributed to each bargaining unit member now or hereafter employed. The cost of doing so shall be shared equally by the Board and the Association.

Contract Reproduction. 47.01 Following ratification of the contract by the Association and the Board, copies of the contract shall be provided to each employee and each administrator and supervisor. In addition, both the Union and the Board shall be provided fifty (50) copies.
47.02 The cost of printing the contract shall be shared equally by the Association and the Board.

As soon as practicable, but not later than forty-five (45) days after ratification, this Agreement shall be printed with a Table of Contents, including all appendices, by the Board and distributed to all employees. The Board and Association shall each be provided twenty-five (25) additional copies for its use. The costs for the production of this booklet shall be borne equally by the Board and the Association.
Contract Reproduction. The District shall also post a complete copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement on the District website. Unit members shall have the right to print the Collective Bargaining Agreement utilizing District equipment.
Contract Reproduction. Orange-Ulster BOCES will copy and distribute the contract to all Para-Educators including their job description.
Contract Reproduction. At the conclusion of bargaining each labor agreement, the district shall be responsible for the reproduction of sufficient numbers of the agreement document. At the beginning of each school year the District shall provide the Association President with a supply of the document for each bargaining unit member requesting a contract.
