Common use of Contract Reporting Clause in Contracts

Contract Reporting. The Contractor shall report information on orders received from Customers associated with this Contract. The Contractor shall submit reports in accordance with the following schedule: Report Period Covered Due Date MFMP Transaction Fee Report Calendar month 15 calendar days after the end of each month Quarterly Sales Report State’s Fiscal Quarter 30 calendar days after close of the period Diversity Report (submitted to the Customer) State Fiscal Year 30 Business Days after close of the period 14. MFMP Transaction Fee Report The Contractor is required to submit monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports in the Department’s electronic format. Reports are due 15 calendar days after the end of the reporting period. For information on how to submit Transaction Fee Reports online, please reference the detailed fee reporting instructions and vendor training presentations available online at the “Transaction Fee & Reporting” section and “Training for Vendors” subsections under the “Vendors” tab on the MFMP website.
