Contract Rent. The total amount of rent specified by the terms of this Contract as payable to the Contractor by the Participant, and by the Authority on the Participants' behalf. Such rent may not exceed the lesser of the applicable fair market rent or the reasonable rent, as determined by the Authority in accordance with HUD requirements.
