Contract Procedures. A. Entire Agreement This written contract supersedes and cancels the 2022-2023 written contract between the Board of Education of the Metropolitan School District of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Township and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Education Association. B. Supremacy The parties agree that this contract shall supersede any rules, regulations, policies, improvement programs, or practices of the Board, which would be contradictory to or inconsistent with the terms of this contract. Any individual contract between the Board and an individual member of the bargaining unit shall be made subject to this contract.
