Common use of CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. The Contract(s) shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.

CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. The Contract(s) Contract shall commence after all necessary approvals by the Parties, and shall become effective upon Contract execution by OGS. The Contract shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years(1) year terms. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.

CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. The Contract(s) term of this Contract shall be in effect for three (3) yearsyears from May 15, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions2013 through May 14, 2016. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up additional time period(s) not to two exceed a total contract term of five (25) additional one years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.
