CONTRACT OWNER. Orange County, Florida, Board operates eleven (11) sites for which security guard services are required. Upon contract execution, the Safety Administrator and Building Operations Manager, Utilities Department, or designee will serve as the Administrator of the Security Guard contract. The County reserves the right to add additional locations to the contract during the contract term.
