CONTRACT EXIT – SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. In accordance with clause 16 of the Contract, on termination of the Contract, either via early termination or completion of the Contract then the Contractor will either return all data to the Authority or provide a certificate of secure destruction using an industry and Authority approved method. Destruction or return of the data will be specified by the Authority at the time of termination of the Contract. 1. SECURITY CLASSIFICATION OF INFORMATION 1.1 If the provision of the Services requires the Contractor to Process Authority Data which is classified as OFFICIAL, OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE or Personal Data, the Contractor shall implement such additional measures as agreed with the Authority from time to time in order to ensure that such information is safeguarded in accordance with the applicable legislative and regulatory obligations.
