CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND DEFINITIONS. 1.1. This Agreement shall consist of this Technical Services Agreement by and between SAVVIS and Bridge, including all addenda to this Agreement entered into in the manner set forth herein (each an "ADDENDUM" and collectively the "ADDENDA"). This Agreement shall be interpreted wherever possible to avoid conflicts between the Sections hereof and the Addenda, provided that if such a conflict shall arise, the Addenda shall control.
