Contract Copies. The District shall produce an electronic copy of the contract as soon as practicable after unit ratification and District approval of the contract. Normally this shall occur within sixty (60) days. The SRJC CFT shall distribute the contract to all faculty members. New faculty members shall be provided a copy of the Agreement by the District at the time of employment.
