Common use of Contract Assignments Clause in Contracts

Contract Assignments. A resident may not subcontract any part of the premises or allow any unauthorized party to occupy the premises or any part thereof. The Director of Residential Education on behalf of Housing & Residential Education reserves the right to change resident room and hall assignments for health, safety or repair reasons; for the unresolved incompatibility of roommates; or other administrative reasons for either a temporary or permanent basis. This will be communicated in writing by the Director of Residential Education or their designee.
