Common use of Contract Assignments Clause in Contracts

Contract Assignments. All assignable contracts, agreements, arrangements, orders, and commitments related to the assets and identified on Schedule 1.1(e) (the “Assigned Contracts”), and any documents, proposals, correspondence, working papers, or other items related in any way to the Assigned Contracts. Buyer reserves the right to reject any contract after review of the contract and prior to its assignment.
