Continuous work. (a) A shift unless flexitime must not exceed eight ordinary hours of work (6.3.1) appliesexclusive of meal breaks and any additional breaks). The maximum daily hours may by mutual agreement, be increased to 10. Total hours of each shift worked will not exceed 10.
