Common use of Continuous work Clause in Contracts

Continuous work. After commencement of construction of the Works of Improvement (or separate portion thereof), Developer shall cause such work to be diligently pursued to completion, and shall not abandon the work for a consecutive period or more than thirty (30) days, events of Force Majeure excepted.
