Common use of Continuous Application Clause in Contracts

Continuous Application. The warranties and representations set out in clause 12.2, and any additional warranties and representations in any applicable Extra Terms, will be deemed to be given continuously throughout the Term of the Subscription Agreement, unless otherwise agreed.
