Common use of Continuing Security Interests Clause in Contracts

Continuing Security Interests. 10.1.1 Subject to Clause 11 (Discharge of Security Interests), the Security Interests are continuing security interests and will extend to the ultimate balance of the Relevant Secured Liabilities, regardless of any intermediate payment or discharge in whole or in part. They shall, in particular, not be discharged by reason of the circumstances that there is at any time no Relevant Secured Liability arising. 10.1.2 All rights of the Pledgee under this Schedule 4 will remain in full force and effect notwithstanding a novation (schuldvernieuwing/novation) of the Relevant Secured Liabilities.
