Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03 or 6.09(c) or in Article VII; or
Specific Defaults. Any Credit Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 4.1, 4.2(b), 4.3(a), 4.6, 4.9(a)-(c), Article V or Article VI hereof; or
Specific Defaults. The Borrower shall fail to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Article VII or Section 6.02, 6.05 (with respect to the Borrower's existence), or 6.10(b);
Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a), 6.12, 7.02, 7.03, 7.04, 7.05, 7.06, 7.09, 7.10 or 7.11; or
Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.3 or Article VIII (other than Section 8.1, 8.5, 8.6, 8.16(1), 8.18, 8.25 or 8.26).
Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of SECTION 7.01, 7.02, 7.03 or 7.09 or in ARTICLE VIII; or
Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.3(a) or in Article VIII.
Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a) (other than Section 5.01(a)(iv)(A)), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement or Section 2 of the Intercreditor Agreement; or
Specific Defaults. The breach by such Borrower of any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.2, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.14 or 6.15.
Specific Defaults. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 2.01(a)(ii), 2.01(c)(ii), 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.04, 7.06, 7.09, 7.12, 7.13, 7.16 or in any Section in Article VIII; or"
