All obligations of Xxxxxxx, the Subsidiary Guarantors and HB Service and its Subsidiaries under the Xxxxxxx Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents (as defined in the Xxxxxxx Credit Agreement) continue to be or will be secured by the Bank’s security interests in all of the collateral granted under the Xxxxxxx Credit Agreement and the Security Documents (as defined in the Xxxxxxx Credit Agreement), and nothing herein will affect the validity, enforceability, perfection or priority of such security interests.
