Common use of Continuing Effect of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Continuing Effect of Agreement. All provisions of this Agreement shall not, so far as they have not been performed at Completion, be in any respect extinguished or affected by Completion or by any other event or matter whatsoever and shall continue in full force and effect so far as they are capable of being performed or observed.
