Continuing Contract Teachers. Continuing contract teachers are those who are in or beyond their fourth term of employment in the District. Continuing contract teachers shall be formally evaluated at least once every other year. When conducted, evaluations shall be completed by the end of the school year unless individual circumstances necessitate earlier completion.
