Continued Service. Neither the grant of shares of Restricted Stock nor this Agreement gives Grantee the right to continue Service with the Company or its Affiliates in any capacity. The Company and its Affiliates reserve the right to terminate Grantee’s Service at any time and for any reason not prohibited by law.
