Common use of Continued Processing Clause in Contracts

Continued Processing. The filing of any lawsuit(s) by a third party (not a party to this Agreement) after the Approval Date against the City and/or Seaview Palms relating to this Agreement or to other development issues affected the Permitted Sign shall not delay or stop the processing or issuance of any permit or authorization necessary for development of Permitted Sign, unless the City reasonably and in good faith determines that such delay is legally required.
