Continued Powers Sample Clauses

Continued Powers. Until the Facility Termination Date shall have occurred, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Revolving Secured Parties hereunder shall continue to exist and may, at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, be exercised by the Administrative Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of any Pledgor may have ceased.

Continued Powers. Until the Termination Date shall have occurred, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders hereunder shall continue to exist and, upon the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default, may be exercised by the Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of any Grantor may have ceased.

Continued Powers. Until the Facility Termination Date shall have occurred, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties hereunder shall continue to exist and may be exercised by the Administrative Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any part of the liability of any Pledgor may have ceased; provided, however, that such powers and remedies granted to the Administrative Agent shall no longer exist with respect to any Collateral which is released by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 25 hereof.

Continued Powers. Until the termination of this Agreement, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties hereunder shall continue to exist and may be exercised by the Collateral Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of any Grantor may have ceased.

Continued Powers. Until the Security Termination Date shall have occurred, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to either or both of the General Collateral Agent and the Designated Collateral Subagent for the benefit of the General Secured Parties hereunder shall continue to exist and may be exercised by each of the General Collateral Agent and by the Designated Collateral Subagent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of the Pledgor may have ceased.

Continued Powers. Until the Maturity Date shall have occurred, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Lender hereunder shall continue to exist and may be exercised by the Lender at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of the Grantor may have ceased.

Continued Powers. Until such time as this Pledge Agreement shall terminate in accordance with Section 21 hereof, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties hereunder shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, continue to exist and may be exercised by the Administrative Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of any Pledgor may have ceased.

Continued Powers. Until the Secured Obligations shall have been irrevocably paid in full, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Secured Party hereunder shall continue to exist and may be exercised by the Secured Party at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of the Guarantor may have ceased.
