Common use of Continued Powers Clause in Contracts

Continued Powers. Until the Facility Termination Date shall have occurred, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Revolving Secured Parties hereunder shall continue to exist and may, at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, be exercised by the Administrative Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of any Pledgor may have ceased.
