Common use of Continued Powers Clause in Contracts

Continued Powers. Until the Facility Termination Date shall have occurred, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties hereunder shall continue to exist and may be exercised by the Administrative Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any part of the liability of any Pledgor may have ceased; provided, however, that such powers and remedies granted to the Administrative Agent shall no longer exist with respect to any Collateral which is released by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 25 hereof.
