Common use of Continued Powers Clause in Contracts

Continued Powers. Until such time as this Pledge Agreement shall terminate in accordance with Section 21 hereof, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties hereunder shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, continue to exist and may be exercised by the Administrative Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of any Pledgor may have ceased.
