Continued Powers. Until the Security Termination Date shall have occurred, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to either or both of the General Collateral Agent and the Designated Collateral Subagent for the benefit of the General Secured Parties hereunder shall continue to exist and may be exercised by each of the General Collateral Agent and by the Designated Collateral Subagent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of the Pledgor may have ceased.
