Common use of Continued Powers Clause in Contracts

Continued Powers. Until the termination of this Agreement, the power of sale and other rights, powers and remedies granted to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties hereunder shall continue to exist and may be exercised by the Collateral Agent at any time and from time to time irrespective of the fact that any of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof may have become barred by any statute of limitations or that any part of the liability of any Grantor may have ceased.
