Continued Employment Requirement. Except as otherwise provided by Section 3, Section 4 or Section 5, the vesting of a Participant’s Option is subject to and conditioned upon the Participant’s continued Employment at all times during the period beginning with the Date of Grant and ending on the Vesting Date.
