Continued Coverage. Under Title X of the Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), Subscribers and Covered Dependents in employer groups of more than 20 employees (“Qualified Beneficiaries”) are permitted to elect continuation of coverage under this Contract upon the occurrence of any of the following “Qualifying Events”:
