Common use of Continuation of or Change in Business Clause in Contracts

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those the distribution and sale of the Loan parties imaging, publishing and printing products, systems integration and related services substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those the manufacture, sale, processing, distribution or finishing of the Loan parties specialty materials, and related lines of business, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, at any time, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties substantially as conducted and business, operated by such any Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those the design, development, marketing, sale and distribution of the Loan parties branded performance products and related businesses, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties their respective businesses, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, or reasonable extensions thereof, including the furnishing of development and management services to third parties, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal yearyear and reasonable extensions of such business, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties as substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal yearyear and businesses reasonably related thereto, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those the development, manufacture, marketing and servicing of a variety of medical devices, instruments and medical and surgical products for use in the Loan parties respiratory, neurocare and medical and surgical product markets substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal yearyear or as now planned, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any lines of business or operations other than ones complimentary complementary to those of the Loan parties Parties substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties owning and operating restaurants substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal yearyear and related support functions, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those the delivery, management and coordination of the Loan parties home health care services, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties business substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties as substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal yearyear and such businesses as are reasonably related thereto and accretive to such Loan Party’s business, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those the business of the Loan parties Parties substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties business, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of a business that the Loan parties Parties are currently engaged in, substantially as conducted and operated by such the Loan Party Parties or Subsidiary their Subsidiaries during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those the existing lines of the Loan parties business, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties physical and electronic security and technology-based integrated justice system solutions substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, or is reasonably related thereto, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties their respective businesses, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, or reasonable extensions thereof including the furnishing of development and management services to third parties, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties their current businesses, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during as of the present fiscal yearClosing Date and any other businesses that reasonably relate thereto, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any material line of business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal yearyear and any business or other activities that are reasonably similar, and such Loan Party ancillary, incidental, complementary or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such businessrelated thereto or a reasonable extension or expansion thereof.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those the development, manufacturing, sales and administration of the Loan parties safety products and related items, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.
