Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Unregulated Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than a Permitted Business.

The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the insurance business and services related to the insurance business, substantially as conducted and operated by the Borrower or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and the Borrower or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business or services related thereto.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business or operations other than ones complimentary to those of the Loan parties substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

None of the Loan Parties shall engage in any business other than the business of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, substantially as conducted and operated by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, as of the Closing Date or business that supports or is complimentary to such business, and the Loan Parties shall not permit any material change in the nature of such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than (i) those businesses conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and (ii) businesses reasonably related or complementary thereto, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any fundamental change in such business.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than as set forth on Schedule 8.2.10, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year and businesses reasonably related thereto, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in the nature of such business. For avoidance of doubt, the parties recognize that sale or dispositions of assets or Subsidiaries otherwise permitted under this Agreement shall not violate this Section 8.2.10.
Continuation of or Change in Business. No Loan Party shall, nor shall any Loan Party permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the business of owning, constructing, managing and operating Communications or IT Systems, or other lines of business necessary or ancillary to the foregoing or consistent with advances in the Communications or IT Systems industry, in each case, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.
Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties will not, nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, alter the character of the business of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, in any material respect from that conducted as of the Closing Date.

Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than other than designing, manufacturing, distributing and marketing footwear for men, women and children, apparel, accessories, bags and backpacks, and other products utilizing Croslite, and activities necessary to conduct the foregoing, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.
Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties (other than Hallador) shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the business that such Loan Party is currently engaged in and reasonable extensions thereof, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.
