Common use of Continuation of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Insurance. The School District shall provide insurance benefits as provided in Article VIII (Insurance) until the beginning of the following school year to all teachers who are placed on unrequested leave of absence according to the provisions of this Article. While on unrequested leave, teachers may continue any of the insurance programs at their expense as a member of the group.
