Continuation of Employment or Service. Neither the Plan nor this Restricted Stock Units Agreement shall impose any obligation on the Company or an Affiliate to continue the Participant’s employment or service and nothing in the Plan or in this Restricted Stock Units Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company and/or an Affiliate or restrict the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate such employment or service at any time.
Continuation of Employment or Service. Neither the ISOP nor this Option Agreement shall impose any obligation on the Company or an Affiliate to continue the Optionee’s employment or service and nothing in the ISOP or in this Option Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company and/or an Affiliate or restrict the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate such employment or service at any time.
Continuation of Employment or Service. Neither the Plan nor this Option Agreement shall impose any obligation on the Company or the Subsidiary to continue the Optionee's employment or service and nothing in the Plan or in this Option Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employment or service of the Company and/or an Affiliate or restrict the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate such employment or service at any time.
Continuation of Employment or Service. THE OPTIONEE ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, THE SHARES SUBJECT TO THE OPTION SHALL VEST, IF AT ALL, ONLY DURING THE PERIOD OF OPTIONEE's CONTINUOUS SERVICE OR EMPLOYMENT, AS APPLICABLE, (NOT THROUGH THE ACT OF BEING HIRED, BEING GRANTED THE OPTION OR ACQUIRING SHARES HEREUNDER). THE OPTIONEE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL CONFER UPON THE OPTIONEE ANY RIGHT WITH RESPECT TO CONTINUATION OF OPTIONEE's CONTINUOUS SERVICE OR EMPLOYMENT, NOR SHALL IT INTERFERE IN ANY WAY WITH THE OPTIONEE's RIGHT OR THE COMPANY's RIGHT TO TERMINATE OPTIONEE's CONTINUOUS SERVICE OR EMPLOYMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE.

Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed as imposing any obligation on the Company to continue the Participant’s employment or service and nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or restrict the right of the Company to terminate such employment or service at any time.

Nothing in the Plan, the Israeli Appendix and this Option Agreement shall be construed as imposing any obligation on the Company or an Affiliate to continue the Optionee's employment or service and nothing in the Plan, the Israeli Appendix or in this Option Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company and/or an Affiliate or restrict the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate such employment or service at any time.

Neither the ESOP nor this Option Agreement shall impose any obligation on the Company or an Affiliate to continue the Optionee’s employment or service and nothing in the ESOP or in this Option Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company and/or an Affiliate or restrict the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate such employment or service at any time.
Continuation of Employment or Service. Neither the Plan nor this Share Agreement shall impose any obligation on the Company or the Subsidiary to continue Broshi’s employment or service and nothing in the Plan or in this Share Agreement shall confer upon Broshi any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company and/or an Affiliate or restrict the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate such employment or service at any time.
Continuation of Employment or Service. Neither the GSOP nor this Option Agreement shall impose any obligation on the Company and/or an Affiliate to continue the Optionee’s employment or service and nothing in the GSOP or in this Option Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company and/or an Affiliate or restrict the right of the Company and/or an Affiliate to terminate such employment or service at any time.
Continuation of Employment or Service. Neither the Plan nor the Award Agreement with the Participant shall impose any obligation on the Company or an affiliate thereof, to continue any Participant in its employ or service, and nothing in the Plan or in any Award granted pursuant thereto shall confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or an affiliate thereof or restrict the right of the Company or an affiliate thereof to terminate such employment or service at any time.
