Common use of Continuance of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Continuance of the Agreement. Notwithstanding this Overdraft Borrower Accession Agreement, the provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and, with effect from the date of this Overdraft Borrower Accession Agreement, the Agreement shall be read and construed as one instrument as if references in the Agreement to "this Agreement" were to the Agreement and this Overdraft Borrower Accession Agreement taken together.
