CONTINGENT ADDITIONAL SERVICES. If Contingent Additional Services described below are provided by Architect through no fault or neglect of Architect, prior to providing any such Additional Services, Architect shall notify the District in writing; the District may direct the Architect to not proceed with all or any portion of Contingent Additional Services described in Architect’s written notice. The following constitute Contingent Additional Services:
