Common use of Contest of Taxes Clause in Contracts

Contest of Taxes. Tenant shall be permitted to contest the amount of any tax or assessment as long as such contest is conducted in a manner that does not cause any risk that Landlord's interest in the Premises will be foreclosed for nonpayment. Landlord shall cooperate in any reasonable manner with such contest by Tenant.
