Contents of Notice. Whenever any notice of a meeting is ------------------ required to be given pursuant to these Bylaws, the Certificate or otherwise, the notice shall specify the place, day and hour of the meeting; in the case of a special meeting or where otherwise required by law, the general nature of the business to be transacted at such meeting; and any other information required by the Delaware Code.
