Common use of Content of Borrowing Requests Clause in Contracts

Content of Borrowing Requests. Each Borrowing Request for a Borrowing pursuant to this Section shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02: (i) the aggregate amount of the requested Borrowing; (ii) the date of such Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day), (iii) the location and number of the Borrower’s account to which funds are to be disbursed, and (iv) that no Default or Event of Default then exists hereunder. The Borrower shall provide a copy of each Borrowing Request to the Agent contemporaneously with the delivery thereof to the Lenders.
