Commitments and Borrowings. (a) The Lenders severally agree, on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to make Loans to the Borrower (each a “Loan” and, collectively, the “Loans”) from time to time on any Business Day during the period from the Closing Date to but excluding the Commitment Termination Date in Dollars in an aggregate amount not to exceed their respective Commitments, provided that (i) the aggregate Credit Exposure shall not at any time exceed the aggregate Commitments and (ii) the Credit Exposure of any Lender shall not at any time exceed such Lender’s Commitment.
