Common use of Container for Pointe Shoes Clause in Contracts

Container for Pointe Shoes. ‌ For every female Dancer the Engager agrees to provide and transport a sturdy compartmentalized container for the pointe shoes the Dancer is carrying for the current week. On tour the Engager will provide a container with compartments allocated to female Second Soloist and Corps de Ballet Dancers designed to accommodate shoes which would otherwise be carried in each Dancer’s own shoe box. This container will be available to the Dancers in each theatre and on the same basis and at the same times as their shoe boxes.
