Common use of Contact with Employees Clause in Contracts

Contact with Employees. When contacting the employee, the Union representative or Xxxxxxx will first seek the permission of the employee’s Facility Commander or equivalent supervisor. Contact will be granted provided it does not unreasonably disrupt work operations.
