Contact Reports Sample Clauses

The Contact Reports clause requires parties to document and share summaries of significant communications or meetings related to the agreement. Typically, this involves one party preparing a written report after each relevant interaction and distributing it to the other party for review and confirmation. This process ensures that both parties have a clear, mutual record of discussions, decisions, and action items, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing an official reference point for future disputes or follow-up actions.
Contact Reports. Contact Reports allow the administrator to generate reports from survey data, the templates used by agents and the agent scripts.
Contact Reports. Both parties to this Agreement will update and keep current the other party with written reports generally describing the current status of relevant marketing development efforts with Commissioned Customers, and with potential Commissioned Customers within the Territory. Sales Rep will, within thirty (30) days of its occurrence, report to Jore each contact made with a business or person that may become designated as a Commissioned Customer so that Jore may maintain the exclusivity described above. Each party will provide the other party with copies of material correspondence associated with relevant market activities.
Contact Reports. If an employee is counseled or disciplined under this section such action may only be listed in the employee’s performance appraisal as an attendance issue. The specific number of days or the level of discipline shall not be mentioned. Evidence of abuse can be defined as historical patterns, excessive utilization or malingering. Circumstances surrounding the evidence/allegation of possible abuse should be considered on a case by case basis. Sick time used for bereavement and/or FMLA purposes will not be used in determining abuse or excessive use of sick leave. Employees will not provide or be asked to provide a physician’s statement or doctor’s note to a supervisor. Any doctor’s note required by the Department will be handled through the Health Detail. Discipline will not be applied for documented extended illnesses or injuries.

If the Authority employee to whom the contact report is sent is absent from the office, this period shall start to run not from receipt but from the return of that individual to the office. If approval is urgent, the Service Provider may approach the Authority for approval from another, more senior Authority employee in the absence of the individual concerned.
