Consumer Services. i. The County shall pay for only services to DD referred consumers authorized to receive the direct services (s) type, which the County has agreed to support. ii. Clients will be assisted in accessing DVR services per the DDA/DVR MOU. Client services shall not be reimbursed under this Program Agreement when the same services paid for under Rehabilitation Act of 1973 by DVR, Public Law 94-142 or any other source of public or private funding.
