Program Guides Clause Samples

The "Program Guides" clause defines the rules and requirements regarding the creation, distribution, and use of guides or schedules that outline the content and timing of programs. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for preparing the program guides, the format and frequency of their updates, and how they are to be shared with relevant parties such as broadcasters, advertisers, or the public. By establishing clear procedures for program guide management, this clause ensures that all stakeholders have accurate and timely information about programming, reducing confusion and facilitating smooth operations.
