CONSULTANT’S RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY. 11.1 Consultant covenants to undertake no task for which a professional license or certificate is required unless Consultant or someone under Consultant’s direction is appropriately licensed. In the event such licensed individual’s license expires, is revoked, or is canceled, Consultant shall inform County of such event within five (5) working days.

CONSULTANT’S RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY. A. Consultant covenants to undertake no task in which a professional license or certificate is required unless it or someone under its direction is appropriately licensed. In the event such licensed individual's license expires, is revoked, or is canceled, Consultant shall inform County of such event within five working days. In the event a licensed professional working for the Consultant suffers a suspension or revocation of professional licenses or certifications and the Consultant has no other professional with like kind credentials to continue the Project, the Consultant shall bear the burden and any additional cost of employing a replacement professional with proper credentials.

  • Responsibility and Liability 5.1 Apple shall have no responsibility for the installation and/or use of any of the Licensed Applications by any end-user. You shall be solely responsible for any and all product warranties, end-user assistance and product support with respect to each of the Licensed Applications.

  • Your Responsibility for Errors You understand that we must rely on the information you provide, and you authorize us to act on any instruction which has been or reasonably appears to have been sent by you and to submit funds transfer instructions on your behalf. You understand that financial institutions receiving the funds transfer instructions may rely on such information. We are not obliged to take any further steps to confirm or authenticate such instructions and will act on them without getting further confirmation. You understand that if you provide us with incorrect information or if there is any error in your instruction, we will make all reasonable efforts to reverse or delete such instructions, but you accept full responsibility for losses resulting from any of your errors, duplication, ambiguities or fraud in the information that you provide. You agree not to impersonate any person or use a name that you are not authorized to use. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, without limiting other remedies, Bank reserves the right to recover from you any costs or losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of the inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • POSITIONS OF SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITY 1. The Board, in consultation and agreement with the Union, will draw up job descriptions for all Positions of Special Responsibility, including, but not limited to, Head Teachers, Department Heads, Helping Teachers and Teachers in Charge. These descriptions shall be recognized as the job descriptions for such positions.
