Common use of Consultant’s Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Consultant’s Books and Records. Consultant shall maintain any and all documents and records demonstrating or relating to Consultant’s performance of services pursuant to this Agreement for a minimum of three years after termination or expiration of this Agreement, or longer if required by law.

Consultant’s Books and Records. Consultant shall maintain any and all ledgers, books of account, invoices, vouchers, canceled checks, and other records or documents and records demonstrating evidencing or relating to Consultant’s performance of charges for services pursuant or expenditures and disbursements charged to the Agency under this Agreement for a minimum of three years after termination or expiration of this Agreement(3) years, or for any longer if period required by law, from the date of final payment to the Consultant to this Agreement.

Consultant’s Books and Records. Consultant shall maintain any and all documents and records demonstrating or relating to Consultant’s performance of services Services pursuant to this Agreement for a minimum of three four (4) years after termination or expiration of this Agreement, or longer if required by law. Such records shall include, at minimum, a detailed record of daily performance, staff time records, subconsultants’ time records, documentation of all costs incurred by Consultant that were billed to District, and detailed records of all Consultant fees, overhead, and profit on earned amounts.
