Common use of Construction Work Done by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Construction Work Done by Tenant. All construction work required or permitted to be done by Tenant shall be performed by a licensed contractor in a prompt, diligent, and good and workmanlike manner and shall conform in quality and design with the Premises existing as of the Commencement Date, and shall not diminish the value of the Building or the Property. In addition, all such construction work shall be performed in compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances, regulations, codes and orders of governmental authorities and insurers of the Premises. Tenant or its agents shall secure all licenses and permits necessary therefor.
