Common use of Construction Progress Clause in Contracts

Construction Progress. In the case of advances to pay costs of constructing and equipping of the Improvements, at Lender's option, Lender shall have received and approved a draw request signed by the Developer, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, with appropriate insertions, accompanied by true copies of unpaid invoices, receipted bills and lien waivers, and such other supporting information as Lender may request.
