Common use of Construction Progress Clause in Contracts

Construction Progress. If reasonably requested in writing by Owner or any Assignee at least three (3) Business Days prior to the making of an Interim Advance, Owner shall have received and approved (i) an inspection report from an independent party satisfactory to Owner or any Assignee, if any, covering conformity of the work to the Unit Plans, quality of work completed, percentage of work completed and (ii) true copies of unpaid invoices, receipted bills and Lien waivers, and such other reasonably available supporting information as Owner or any Assignee may reasonably request.
