Common use of Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan Clause in Contracts

Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan. The Certificate Holder shall develop and implement a Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan prior to the beginning of Site Preparation. The Certificate Holder shall consult with local and state organizations providing emergency response services during the development of the plan to ensure timely response in the event of an emergency. The Certificate Holder shall submit the plan to EFSEC for review and approval no later than sixty (60) days prior to Site Preparation. The Certificate Holder shall not begin Construction prior to obtaining Council approval.
